06/18/08: This week we see another surge in the Destin Florida area. 612 Homes are now active on the market, 28 are under contract, and 5 homes closed this week! Not bad for this time of year and specifically in Destin. Now condos on the other hand are all over the place! 1,020 Destin Condos on the market, but 29 properties are still contingent or pending.
